ELBA Automotive delivers innovation and high performance for global car manufacturers

2014 and the first half of 2015 saw a rapid acceleration of technological progress at ELBA Automotive to increase the level of innovation and quality for clients. This helps to consolidate its position as a multilaterally developed, regional supplier.

The successful partnership with SKODA, member of the prominent Volkswagen Group with a brand presence in over 100 countries, was initiated in 2011. Since then, ELBA Automotive employs all efforts to develop and industrialize lighting products for various SKODA car models.

For the Rapid Spaceback model, launched in 2013, for the rearlamps ELBA, has distinctively combined shape and functionality. R&D’s team experience has greatly contributed to the development of the lamp concept according to client’s expectations and requirements.

For the SKODA FABIA line, Berline & Combi, the client’s design requirements have raised a technological challenge for the lens injection, which was solved by leveraging the 3K – 2 step technology. To better highlight the visual identity of this model, ELBA Automotive has achieved a superior homogeneity of light for the position function.

The new model was first admired at the global launch, during the 2014 Paris Auto Show. ELBA takes pride in the commercial success of this model, which is reflected by the high level of sales.
