Research and Development

Innovation is the foundation of ELBA’s research processes and activities. Products are designed in-house within the dedicated Design and Development Department, following APQP procedures based on project management. The expertise of designers and technology is constantly enhanced through training sessions focused on the latest trends and advancements in the lighting industry. This department is responsible for assembling and mounting LED components onto circuit boards. It uses specialized equipment to ensure the proper functionality of lighting systems.

The assembly department focuses on putting together components and subassemblies, such as automotive headlights, while strictly adhering to quality standards.

Drilling and Threading

Performs drilling and threading operations on metal components, preparing them for assembly and subsequent use.

CNC Machines and Stamping

Includes CNC equipment for precise cutting, bending, and welding, used in the processing of metal sheets and other components.
