Design

The SDV Design department develops high-precision devices using advanced CAD and CAM technology. This stage ensures that all equipment meets technical specifications and contributes to the efficiency of production processes.

Production

SDV production focuses on manufacturing tools and devices using advanced equipment such as 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines, EDM, and grinding machines. These processes enable precise and reliable component processing, essential for supporting efficient production and maintaining product quality.

Verification and Adjustment

This section ensures the compliance and functionality of tools and devices through manual adjustments and high-precision 3D measurements. Verification equipment, such as hardness and HRC testers, is used to guarantee that tools meet the technical specifications and quality standards required for production processes.

Heat Treatment and Finishing

To evaluate the resilience of ELBA products to mechanical stress, vibration and endurance tests include detailed measurements of behavior under vibration, tensile and compression resistance tests, and endurance evaluations. These tests ensure the durability and reliability of products under intense usage conditions.

Maintenance and Overhaul

Periodic maintenance and overhaul of tools and devices ensure durability and optimal equipment performance. Activities include detailed inspections, adjustments, and CNC post-order monitoring, essential for preventing wear and maintaining production performance.

Cutting and Stamping Presses
