FIPAD-08-2X1R4/5BX30 LED G2

The new FIPAD-08 LED, with an ABS body and acrylic diffuser, is a sealed lighting fixture with enhanced chemical resistance, ideal for use in farms, animal breeding facilities, and harsh environments that require high protection against water vapor and dust.

The opal diffuser ensures visual comfort and high-quality light. Equipped with medium-power LED modules, the FIPAD-08 LED offers both low energy consumption and reduced maintenance costs, providing the possibility to replace fluhoursscent solutions without compromising light color. The IP66 protection of the FIPAD-08 LED fixture is ensured by the use of a sealing gasket and plastic or stainless steel clips, allowing use in humid environments such as in industry, warehouses, garages, and sports halls.

substanţe chimice prezente în atmosfera înconjurătoare vă rugăm să contactaţi înainte producătorul.

The housing is made of ABS, light gray in color, resistant to chemicals, dust, moisture, and water immersion.
The diffuser is made of opal PMMA, UV-resistant, with enhanced chemical resistance, providing optimal light distribution.
For chemical resistance, refer to the annex.
The apparatus rail is made of white-painted steel sheet.
The diffuser’s fasteners are made of glass fiber-reinforced polyamide, which remain fixed on the housing when the light fixture is opened.
The sealing gasket is made of polyurethane foam.
The product is equipped with a connector at one end and a PG 3.15 nipple.
The rail clamp is made of glass fiber-reinforced polyamide.
Included accessories: Stucchi connectors (male pre-mounted on the housing and female mounted on the customer’s power cable), stainless steel brackets for surface mounting, stainless steel hooks for suspended mounting.
The apparatus (electronic driver) is included in the product and manufactured according to specific standards.
Color: gray.

Usage Domain

General indoor lighting in humid environments with non-combustible dust, ammonia vapors, alkaline compounds, and hot water.
General lighting in agricultural environments, farms, animal breeding facilities, barns, car washes, warehouses, mechanical workshops, and laboratories without explosion hazards and without combustible gases.
Covered outdoor areas (only under roof, canopy, dome to protect lighting fixtures from sunlight): bus stations, waiting areas, garages, underground parking lots, subway tunnels, covered warehouses, corridors, stairways.

Light Source Used

High-power LEDs, with a color temperature of neutral white 4000K, with a lifespan of approximately 60,000 hours at Ta = 25ºC, CRI: ≥80.
Upon request, the product can be equipped with high-power LEDs with cool white daylight color temperature (6500K), CRI: ≥70, or warm white 3000K, CRI: ≥90.
The LED system included in the product replaces/is equivalent to fluhoursscent lamps T8 Ø26mm, T5 Ø16mm.
